De cette puissance qui émane de toi, j’aperçois des fragments de ton originel,
Témoins de ta nature, tu deviendras alors peu à peu invisible
Je pense alors à ces matériaux, de mon quotidien citadin, ils traduisent ta force, ton esthétique si brut, sauvage, imprévisible.
De la terre bétonnée
De l’enracinement métallique
Le plâtre au caractère millénaire, revêtit de sa robe blanche, poudreuse, tes ornements avec noblesse.
Le ciment embellit ardemment ta vigueur, tes traits, de cette teinte grise aux multiples visages.
La cire, quand l'aube des images l'empreinte pose. De cette matière ancestrale, qui as sut traverser le temps, et je garderais de ton savoir faire premier, une trace, un hommage du temps qui passe.
De sa couleur chancelante, elle laisse trans-paraître ta couleur chair, si proche de la notre et met en exergue tes reliefs, tes pleins et tes déliés.
La brique, de son mélange entre l'argile rouge et l'argile verte, elle nous laisse entrevoir ta robe ocre.
Témoins d'un temps, elle a sut traverser les siècles et les continents sur de nombreux édifices. Elle oscille entre sa composition naturelle et son utilisation propre pour déceler ton étoffe, ton modelé et rendre ta notoriété.
Le fer, ce métal. De cette dureté, de cette froideur émane quelque chose de mystique.
Matière en fusion, elle devient alors matériau d'exception.
Structurelle, matière inébranlable, imperturbable, elle saura te rendre ta véracité et ton authenticité.
